Song of the Day: Stereo MC - Connected
I just finished reading up a chapter from the above mentioned book.
The intimacy rubber band is a fascinating subject, and I cannot for the life of me understand why on earth I didn't read it earlier.
If you haven't read this book, I whole heartedly recommend it. It all makes perfect sense to me now.
And if you're like me, you can relate to chapter 10 - especially when I hear "But I've put in little or no effort to get your attention!"
Worthiness is in the eye of the beholder.
I understand now - and I trust that when people leave, they do not do it because they are angry or because I am worthless - they do it because they need some space.. and I trust that they will come back eventually.
